Straight Connect

Do you want a straight connect to your ISP without any wait?

Steps:
Under "Control Panel", double click on the "Network" icon.  Look for the
"Microsoft Family Logon" (by default it is installed).  If it is not visible,
click on "Add", the choose "Client" and click "Microsoft" and to the right
window choose "Microsoft Family Logon" because it stores your password.  
Close and reboot.

Next, double click "My Computer", open the "Dial-Up Networking" folder and
double click your ISP connection (My Connection or whatever you named it),
verify your "User name" and enter your password and check "Save password" and
 push "Connect".  After connecting, go back to the "Dial-Up Networking"
folder and select the menu item "Connections".  Choose "Settings..." , and
uncheck "Prompt for information before dialing".  Click Ok.   Drag the icon
of your connection to your desktop.  Next time you want to connect, just
double click that icon.
